CONGRATULATIONS!!! GREATEST AKOKITES!!!
ReplyDeleteConfused man.
ReplyDeleteGEJ needs psychiatric evaluation.
How dare you talk to our President like that! When has it become a crime for a man to change his decision? As long as we are humans, we are liable to mistakes. You are the one that needs a Psychiatric Evaluation here!
DeleteThanks Uncle Jonathan! GREATEST AKOKITIES!
ReplyDeleteWise decision. We never would have written or mentioned MAUL for enternity as Alumni. But it is excellent that the conflict is scrapped all-together
ReplyDeleteCongrats Akokites! Good one.
ReplyDeleteYOU are calling your President 'a confused man'? I am sorry for you! It shows that you were not trained at all by your parents; nor are you a good Christian or Moslem! You are the one that needs a psychiatric doctor, not the Nigerians' President. Meanwhile, kudos to you GEJ for the bold step taken.
ReplyDeleteLearn to respect and give regard to the President. You like or not he is the President and the C-in-C. Either he is good or not, only God can unseat him, so, you better get busy assisting him with prayers not insults and curses. Although he might be very annoying @ times but are you perfect? Have you been able to rule your Home, relationship or office perfectly? So please... Babz.
ReplyDeleteIt took 9 months to get him to reason. God knows how many such decisions has have taken 9 months for slow coach to appreciate. So many bad decisions taken has affected Nigerians. We will not withdraw the case until there is a written letter to the bnational Assembly withdrawing the bill to change UNILAG to MAU. The bill has passed second reading. If not for the court case, it would have been signed into law. Unilag Alumni Association are too wise to be deceived by Jonathan and co. If the name change had sailed through, so many sponsorships and grants would have been lost. Who wants to associate with a bad brand. So the struggle continues until there is formal withdrawal of the bill, my Dear Jerry. Jide
ReplyDeletehe such a weak unfocused idiotic fool...hubreye
ReplyDeleteToo early to celebrate. Politicians are not to be trusted! Why didn't the Minister of Education announce the reversal during the recent Convocation Ceremonies inspite of the widely reported claim that the event was severally put off because of the name change issue? I agree that until the President formally withdraws the name-change Bill from the NASS, which at the moment is not the President's best friend, its not yet uhuru!
ReplyDeleteJonathan's hubris has been deflated. Rescind all your maladroit decisions; you cannot smell a second term.
ReplyDeleteYou have all spoken very well, though I don't support those insulting the Presido but we are all human and our response to issues differs but the most important thing is that he finally see reason and bow for a superior argument, as for his competence let just accept what God has giving us when the trouble of Israelite was too much God gave them Saul as king if the leadership we have now is a punishment from God what every one of us need now is prayer for forgiveness, b'cos I am sure something is wrong some where in Nigeria that only God can mend.
