Minister of State for Defence, Erelu Olusola Obada, collapsed into the hands of military officers today during the celebration of the Armed Forces Remembrance Day in Abuja.
Sudden artillery fire usually rendered in respect to the fallen was said to have startled the minister, who slumped, before her military aides jumped to her rescue.
After regaining her composure, Erelu Obada came back to lay a wreath at the Remembrance Arcade.

They could've exposed her to military operations and activities and with the sensitive nature of her office...

ReplyDeleteDefence minister fallen at the sound of gun shots?She should go for orientation so as to match the demand of her assignments if she doesn't want to be replaced.....But Nigeria sha,dey will still leave her there if she doesn't upgrade herself.What they will be saying is that,she's on political assignment...but that one doesn't mean she can't be oriented with the military light trainings & acquaintances.

People, its simple and straight! That tells you she is not qualified for that Job. This is another case of corruption in our society. For all I know, a person that will be appointed as the defence minister of a country should be a seasoned veteran. Someone with vast experience on the job. I wonder what ideas or strategies she brings to table when in the situation room with great defence issues that need urgent solution.

She thought it was Boko Haram that struck and had to use the FALL LIKE A TREE millitary tactics to save herself. She didnt actually collapsed. Its a millitary tactics. Therefore, she is qualified for the job. Otondo! (LOL)

ReplyDeleteWhat do you think that woman can offer Nigeria,the defence ministry remain the most corrupt ministry in Nigeria,any President that probes the financial records of the military will ever remain the best and popular president..those guys are richer than Nigeria..the young and energetic youth should be allowed to participate in the business of governance,not old and unproductive papa and mama.
