Popular Nollywood Star, Mercy Johnson Okojie gave birth to a baby girl a few hours ago in a hospital in the USA, NE gathered from a family source.
The Nollywood Star did allow her pregnancy slow down her career, she was in the US some weeks back shooting a new movie despite being heavily pregnant.
In preparation of that, and not to miss on the opportunity for an automatic American citizenship for the baby, Mercy and her hubby arrived in the United States in November to continue her medical checkups in anticipation of the delivery.
Mother and child are are said to be doing great. Congratulations to Mercy and her husband.
Mercy, who has been in America for over a month now, got married to Prince Odianose Okogie in 2011 under controversial circumstances.
