Spanish division two club side; Villarreal has in agreement with the Nigeria Football Federation agreed on shuttle terms for striker Ikechukwu Uche between the Eagles training camp and club games.
Ikechukwu Uche who was named for the Afcon 2013 and will be an arrowhead in the friendly clash between the Super Eagles and a Catalonia side on January 2.
This agreement was necessary because Villarreal is wishing to turn the tides to better times as the club is presently struggling hence the need for the Nigerian striker as they play against Barcelona B team on January 5.
Under the arrangement, Uche will resume training with the Eagles on December 31 in Faro, Portugal and after the friendly to be decided in Barcelona, Uche is expected to travel to Villarreal for the game against the Barcelona B team.
The player is expected to re-join the Eagles for their final preparation for the Nations Cup with a game against Cape Verde in Portugal. The team will finally leave for South Africa on January 16.
