This popular Nollywood (Yoruba) actress painted the town red during her baby’s christening ceremony. The party, which held recently at her Magodo, Lagos home, was a gathering of the crème-de-la crème of the society. It was also witnessed by a large turn-out of actors.
But for the baby she carried, any guest would have thought she was a bride at a wedding! The ceremony, which began in the morning and Bisi’s first appearance was a white sequined lace, which she accessorised with white/black jewellery. She had celebrity makeover artist, Yewande Peregrino, on hand to help with her dazzling look.
Her second appearance was a fushcia pink sequined lace, which was accessorised with gold jewellery. A live band (Shuga Band) rendered songs and guests were treated to an abundance of sumptuous meals.
Among guests present were former Ekiti State governor, Ayo Fayose, who came with his aides. There were other public office holders in attendance too. The baby, a girl, was christened, Destiny, Oluwajomiloju Melaye. Indeed, her joy knew no bounds — this is her first time being a mother.
