Former Governor of Oyo State, Lam Adesina, is dead.
NigerianEYE gathered that Mr. Adesina died Sunday morning at a hospital after a protracted illness.
He was governor of the state between 1999 and 2003.
The late former governor, who was a top chieftain of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) was buried at about 4pm yesterday at his Felele, Ibadan residence in Oyo State according to Islamic rites. He was aged 73 years before his death.
