Train crushes bus in Lagos

Tragedy struck in the early hours of wednesday morning as a train ran into a Peugeot J5 bus at the "Ikeja Along" bus Stop, an eyewitness has confirmed.




Two occupants of the bus, a Peugeot J5, were seriously injured in the accident.


It was learnt that the driver of the bus, in an attempt to hurriedly cross the rail line, ignored the warning of an approaching train.


The bus got stuck on the rail track in the process, with the train crushing it.

    Was the driver trying to do a "James Bond" stunt???what was he even thinking??? Jeez!!!!

    Thank God no one died, but it is a stupidity on the car driver. This will be a big lesson to u to always obey warning and instructions.

    I'd suggest they be arrested and charged accordingly for the offense that almost claimed their lives
