Due to the recent controversy surrounding the MTN Ultimate Wonder promo, in which a lucky winner will win a brand new aircraft, Telecommunication giants, MTN have again assured its new and existing subscribers of its commitment to fulfill its promise of rewarding the winner of its ongoing Ultimate Wonder Promo with an airplane
The company’s General Manager, Consumer Marketing, Kola Oyeyemi, spoke in Lagos while launching the company’s Ultimate Wonder Draw, which will see a Nigerian winning a brand new 2012 Cessna 182T aircraft.
Oyeyemi said: “For many people, it’s so hard to believe that we are giving out an aeroplane which for me is understandable because no other brand has done it. This is what makes us the market leader.”
“Remember the N1billion promo where we shelled out N1billion to 100 lucky winners? It looked impossible until we made it happen. The automania game is ongoing, so far we have given out over 86 Hyundai ix35 SUVs,” he said reiterating MTN’s commitment to the continuous engagement of the market through exciting and innovative promos.
He advised Nigerians to ensure they “recharge up to N3, 000 in the next 90 days of this promo to qualify for the star prize and other mouth-watering cash prizes

How do one be a partaker of dis promo,is there any package u will join to b part of dis draw
ReplyDeleteThis is ridiculous!!! What will an Nigerian who is struggling with paying bills and living a normal healthy life need an aero plane for? MTN thinks we are fools but they are actually the ones that are BIG FOOLS. Wouldn't it have been great if they spent the hundreds of millions of Naira used in buying this so called plane to building infrastructure and making the lifes of thousands of homeless people better? So a man wins the plane....what then? He flies it or sells it or gets crushed by the airport park charges....? Hmmm, MTN una no do well with this una yeye promo o.
ReplyDeleteHssssss, don't mind them they kn the person that will win, the Hyundai promo that i did my credit just wasted without getting anything.
ReplyDeleteYou partake by loading up to #3,000 before october ending
ReplyDeleteI'm still hoping to see the people that splitted the 1billion as well as the 86Cars given out already. Or are these cars driven in Mars or Pluto?
ReplyDeleteMTN is truly making jest of Nigerians .Can a common man afford the parking fees? Authorities involve should stop this tale they call promo. It is laghable.
ReplyDeleteIn a way it may be true though I've seen 1 of those cars yellow with sthe sticker
ReplyDeleteLet's wait and see
Nigerian Communication Commision and other Nigerian regulatory corporation/ agency should please communicate to all those companies floating outrageous promo in Nigeria. With the current economic situation in the country, well meaning companies should come up with promos that alleviate Nigerians economic/ financial situation.
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion is that the wealth (from aeroplane)be splitted, so that many Nigerian subscribbers to be able win 1 million naira each. And this will better the economy of the country through redistribution of wealth.
What on earth is one going to do with a plane? Except if you are IBB or someone who has stolen a lot of money, chances are you can't afford the fuel for the plane or parking in a hanger or maintenance.
ReplyDeleteIf anyone wins, they should just sell the plane and keep the money.
This is just silly.
This is complete nonsense! Why couldn't they have divided the meant for the monster called aircraft and give it to 1 million people in Nigeria. This mediocrity must stop in MTN management.
ReplyDeleteYou are left with two options.. Take the aircraft OR #60million naria cash
ReplyDeleteThe Promo ÈŠ̝̊̅§ real... MTN ÈŠ̝̊̅§ giving away an Aircraft or #60 million Naira cash equivalent
ReplyDeleteI dont av problm wit dare promos but all dere promos are neva meant 4 poor pple who find it difficlt 2 even load credit of ₦500 a month. The question is-are all the so call networks really alleviating poverty?
ReplyDeleteWho's fooling who! This people are taking Nigerians for granted. This is a big decit of the year,I think mtn should keep the Aircraft for staff use.
ReplyDeleteI feel like weeping 4 Nigeria very soon Airtel, Glo, Etisalat or even Visafone will promise to give a Space Shuttle 4 100 naira recharge. This money will build good hospitals in some villages in nigeria.
ReplyDeleteWell well well...the thing is called promotion! The MAIN intent is not to enrich any Nigerian; but, rather, to promote their services (as an telecom provider) in the seemingly competitive market. MTN wants to sell more of their recharge cards. Simple!!!
