Falconets through Francisca Ordega hat-trick saw Nigeria cruise into the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup quarter-finals with a 4-0 victory over Italy to top Group B.
Two goals in each half saw Nigerias’ Falconets to a comfortable victory in Kobe with the result never in doubt once Ordega opened the scoring nine minutes from half-time.
Falconets’ Ordega scored twice in quick succession just prior to the interval before completing her treble just two minutes into the second stanza.
Falconets’ Substitute Osarenoma Igbinovia iced the cake with a fourth a few minutes from full time as Nigeria booked a quarter-final meeting with either Japan or New Zealand

ReplyDeleteGood team work girls, keep it up. Comentators and writers should stop pouring out TOO MUCH praise on goal scorers, because anybody in a scoring position could do it,besides its a team work. How do you expect the other team players to feel?
