King Sunny Ade, a two-time Grammy Awards nominee whose musical career began under Baba Sala’s Federal Rhythm Dandies Juju band could not help but show some sense of humility by prostrating to his ex-boss on stage.
As if that was not enough, besides him was the legendary Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey with whom they both had a power-tussle at the height of their musical career.
Also present at the event was Fatai Rolling-Dollar, another musical icon under whose band, the International Brothers, Chief Ebenezer Obey started his career.
