Save Nigeria Group sues FG over subsidy payments

The Save Nigeria Group on Monday instituted a legal action at the Federal High Court in Lagos against the Federal Government on the withdrawal of N2.587.087 trillion for subsidy payments from the Consolidated Revenue Fund instead of the sum of N245bn authorised by the 2011 Appropriation Act.
