  1. The last time I checked, it is his life not yours so let him do as he so pleases. Kindly mind your business and not someone else's.

  5. Nigeria has failed its people to the point that the trauma of hardship makes us do crazy things. It is harship so don't blame him as you don't know their condition. Maybe he needs to save his family whereby one of them maybe sick and needs money. Leave this matter I beg una. Naija is a terrible place when you have no hope like most people

  13. this adamsforlife is a clown but i dont blame you at all. All the negative guys here just need to be put in their place. As for me, I believe that the story is none of our business. All we can do is wish them well and go on with our own lives.

Most of you rapping against the guy would have done similar or worst things so just stop writing crap and being jealous.

  18. This is morally wrong. Why are we throwing our values away cos of some stupid greener pasture? For me, it's a lazy way of thinking and making money........ A lifetime of horror!

  19. If you have the same opportunity you will go for it. We are all MALLAM. Let's not draw our attention away from the main cause....that is making people to look for pastures abroad.

  20. Why is it that the young white ladies are not coming for the same purpose? That would have been a very good idea.

  21. The saying is it takes 2 to Tango. If dat statement is still true, why interfer wiht other pples matter. In as much as the 2 are happy what is your concern with the age barrier or its for visa or not. Whether na true marriage or it concerns no one they have a marriage certificate to show they are Mr and Mrs so in d face of Law they are marriage dont play God or Government agent leave them alone, go and look for how to feed your own family.

  22. Poverty along with Greed and Insincerity is dangerous and has diseasterious consequencies. If one uses his head to crack a coconut will one be alive to enjoy the nut?.so goes an Igbo proverb. Our value system has collapsed totally.Oju Kokoro! Love Ke Love Ni

  23. As far as i'm concern i did not blame this guy bcos things are not working well in Nija here, no job for our young graduates so what do you expect the young man to do? stealing, duping, 419 or what else? i beg live matter jare.

  24. If its true he got what he wanted and he is leaving his dream with the documents in his pocket, some day i believe they will have divorce and the guy will marry his high school sweet heart in the village,no big deal.as long he is happy who cares,I happy for the guy

    ReplyDelete
  25. What this young guy has done is not wrong per se but it is uncommon. If the purpose is just to get an American Visa then it reflects a failed state of Nigeria. I really wounder if the marriage will last if they fail to produce a child after a few years. Is the guy not setting himself up to cheat on the woman?

  26. Young men should be careful what they do for Money or Love? i believe there are spiritual implications

  27. A man has the right to marry anybody he desires to marry and vise visa as far as they are happy and again their families gave them their concept,so what is bad about that.

  28. The media is simply not doing what they ought to do by carrying this news, after all, it is their private life and he did not force it on people.Only those stealing from Government in Nigeria that says no place like home, as for me Nigeria is hell fire on earth. As far as I'm concern, the guy is beter than those pretenders who are not man enough to do what he does, as I know it takes absolute honesty and courage of the part of the woman to move down to Nigeria to marry a Nigerian man, despite the bad image and all that. It is only in Nigeria young graduates are doing okada and end up in untimely grave, this guy has succeeded in making ways for him and his family where there seems to be no way out.

  29. We are not in the place to judge the youngman's motive, God bless the couple

  32. y do people attach negative motives to everything. At least he didn't marry a man.did the bible give age limits for marriage between a man and a woman?

Why should someone say 'the guy don hammer" does marriage to a white guaranty his success in life?
He has made his choice and we should pray for a happy marriage life for them....simple!

  33. No matter what you do...someone will always have something to say about it. I couldn't care less why they got married because it's THEIR BUSINESS.

  35. I'm an American and I'm marrying my young good looking Nigerian man. Is it for the visa or love?? Maybe a little of both. I know life for him is not easy, and I know life in America can be hard too.
But I am willing and able to help him however I can. I am not blind to the fact that he may be using me to come here, what I do know is he brings such JOY to my life everyday, he's smart , funny, loving and respectful. He's God's child and I love him very much.

  36. I am also an American woman who recently married a Nigerian man. I am almost twelve years older than him and I am totally madly in love with him. And besides who doesn't want a better life and just because he is coming to America, life here for a black man is not as easy as 1 2 3. There will be hard times to face and being married does not instantly qualify you for an American visa. God help us all.

    ReplyDelete
  37. This is a fake marriage and solely for the purpose of a visa. She stupid and so is he.

  38. You all need to check the pictures the woman is 44 years old and the man is 31 i know them both so everyone needs to get a life.

  40. I feel so incredibly sick about this. My mom (72) calls her new online Nigerian scammer her boyfriend & plans on going to marry him. She is not listening to any reason.

    ReplyDelete

  41. Well, it may be real. Some guys are naturally attracted to older women. For those who are complaining about Nigeria, its not Nigeria's fault. People marry older women in America and other well to do countries too. Not all marriages are triggered by love.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Should do an article on how many of the marriages are still together.
