Ondo State Governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, on Thursday said his administration had approved the payment of N22,000 minimum wage with effect from April to all categories of workers in the state civil service.
Mimiko announced this at a seminar organised by the South-West zone of the Nigerian Civil Service Workers Union.
He also said the state was the first to approve the payment of N18,000 minimum wage after it was announced by the Federal Government last year.
