  1. The evil that men do live with them. Both the herbalist and the complainant should be jailed for 25yrs and for life respectively. If this Yinka is sane enough he would have used the 11m to set up his own juice company which could outgrow Chivita after some time. The heart of man is so evil. He is already hoping to rival the likes of Dangote and Adenuga on another person's sweat. God punish him!.

  2. The case of Yinka Kayode is one of the craziest I've ever read. And the fact that the police willingly arraigned his defrauder is strange also. Yinka already has premeditated goal of terminating another person's life. Isn't that already a crime? I'm not a lawyer, but I thought an attempt at taking someone's life is the same as doing it?

As for Salami, he is a mere cheat. A spiritualist vocation is like a religious one. He could claim that his spirit guide decided not to kill an innocent man. The millions is for consultation and administrative purposes. A good lawyer should get him off free. It's not a physical transaction. No guarantees!

The idiot called Yinka is the criminal. He is already a millionaire. How did he report such a case to the police? Why did anybody listen to him at all? I wonder!

  3. The complainant is obviously suffering from extra-terrestrial insanity. Where did he get N11m from? Does he not know companies are governed by rules which have clear succession plans? He is just an Ibori.

  7. Do u think the police care? They dont care about crime, they will just tilt to the side that favours them. All they are seeing is the N11m. This Yinka MUST go to jail. He is greedy, stupid and a rotten loser. Investigate him, and find he stole the 11million.

  8. @Austen
Very interesting case. The judge, the police, salami & Yinka, all are NOT serious. This is my case :
Magistrate(Mrs Osho)--Why she didn't order the arrest of the IPO(Police)? This case as it is,a state case.Yinka is not a complainant at all. He's a criminal like Salami.Police, after hearing the two sides(Salami&Yinka),they suppose to lock up the duo.Somebody wanted to kill other person through the help of another person, both are criminals.
Police suppose to be the one that will charge the two criminal to court.Police should be a complainant & the two criminals. The magistrate madam suppose to order that the case IPO should be given light punishment for not knowing his work.

    Lekside....

  9. Very strange case, indeed. In my humble opinion the two should be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit murder. Simple. But it may also be possible that Salami has been too greedy with his loot. If he agrees to share part of it with relevant people the case will die a natural death.
