The fire started around 3pm this afternoon at the Wema Bank Building, Marina, Lagos, and fire fighters who arrived the scene a rather quickly. however, the fire fighters have been unable to put it out, mostly because they have no space to get to it, this is because of the unsafe manner the buildings are packed together, at least, they seem able to contain it from spreading to the next building.
