4:03 A.M - Osita Chidoka, the PDP agent warns INEC not to announce a winner
"What you told us at the beginning of the process was that where card readers used, there are no elections," Osita Chidoka, PDP agent says.
"There are 5.4 million votes in question."
"The PDP requests that you should not go ahead with announcing of this result," Chidoka says.
Responding, the INEC chairman says where the card reader was deliberately circumvented, zero will be recorded.
